Wohnbau Schultz has successfully implemented over 2,500 condominiums as well as cable car and hotel projects over the last few decades. The focus is always on outstanding and sustainable quality. Particular attention is paid to the creation of architectural buildings that visually integrate perfectly into the Tyrolean landscape.
The Alpenhotel Kitzbühel has shaped the eastern shore of Lake Schwarzsee for decades, which is why, in addition to carefully embedding it in the breathtaking nature, the reinterpretation of the existing building structures was of utmost importance. The connection to the natural and built environment should be noticeable in every corner of the area.
Especially in heavily touristic ski areas, cable car stations are now much more than just infrastructure buildings. As part of the construction of a new mono-cable gondola, large commercial and restaurant areas were created at Spieljoch, the architectural design of which responds to very different circumstances.
The 4-star superior hotel impresses above all with its spacious suites and a unique view of the Zillertal mountains. Inside, we encounter natural, high-quality materials such as wood and stone at every turn. We also enjoy pure luxury at the Sportresidenz Zillertal. We feel this in the large rooms and suites with infrared cabins and some with private saunas as well as in the wellness area, which extends over all three floors of the house.
The Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal ski area is at the heart of the Schultz Group and has always formed a solid basis for its success. After the old Hochzillertal mountain restaurant was already showing its age, construction work began in spring 2018 after a lengthy planning phase on a multifunctional building with several restaurants, a kindergarten, a sports shop, apartments and spacious storage areas for snowmaking technology.
